  • Standard Shipping: For orders shipped within Canada, we offer a flat rate of $25 via Canada Post.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping within Canada on orders totaling $100 or more before taxes and discounts are applied.
     

2. International Shipping:

  • International Shipping Rate: For orders shipped outside of Canada (international destinations), we charge a flat shipping fee of $40.

  • Free International Shipping: We offer free international shipping for orders exceeding $250 before taxes and discounts are applied.
     

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • We primarily use Canada Post for our shipping services.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Please allow for standard processing and handling times as well.
     

4. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and progress of your shipment.
     

5. Customs and Duties (for International Orders):

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries. KattEye is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.
     

6. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or issues. KattEye is not responsible for shipments that are misdirected due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
     

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we ship our products within Canada and internationally, but there may be some locations we are unable to ship to due to local regulations or restrictions. Please check with us if you have concerns about shipping to a specific destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns and provide a replacement exclusively for products that are found to be defective upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: When contacting us, please include the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the defect or issue

    • Clear photographs or videos showcasing the defect, if applicable
       

  • Confirmation and Return Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product, if deemed necessary.
     

  • Return Shipping: If we determine that a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or issues. Katt Panic Makeup is not responsible for shipments that are misdirected due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
     

  • Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the defect, we will proceed with sending you a replacement product.
